Precautions before purchase.
1.As electric scooters with lithium battery , so they are international prohibited goods. We have to deliver them by some special way. Usually, there is no way to transport them, So we send them to Shenzhen at first, then to Hongkong, and to Europe/Russia/USA/Australia/Canada etc. Generally, we will ship it by train to Europe/Russia, by sea to USA. Then deliver it by UPS//FedEX and other logictics companies. If you want us ship it by air, you have to bear much higher extra fees.
2.The tracking number can't be trackable before finishing the clearance, if you can track it, it means you will get scooter several days later, before that, please wait patiently. Usually after about 35-40days later .The tracking information will have update and the package will send to your home about 40-60days .
3.The above is the approximate delivery time according to our experience. We will do our best to provide reliable shipping service and hope it'll arrive on time. However, the delivery may be delay due to Custom Clearance, Public Holiday, Bad Weather, Airline Strike, Hurricane Sandyand and so on. Thank you for your understanding!

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us sales@mobilityrange.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
