Red Elephant Heavy-Duty Mobility Scooter

We called this heavy-duty scooter the Red Elephant for two reasons: One because its the biggest and strongest scooter we have, it can carry a load of 500 lbs and has a strong 700watt motor. Secondly, it can move as fast as an Elephant, studies have shown (Stanford press) that elephants can run as fast as 15 miles per hour, so does our Red Elephant Mobility Scooter have a speed of 15 MPH. One more thing I almost forgot! Like an elephant, it has a 43 mile range on one battery charge!

Other Elephant-like characteristics, it has a 14” front and a 16” rear flat-free suspension tires with a 6” high ground clearance, allowing the scooter to move comfortably on gravel and on grass. Its Max incline rating is 12-15 degrees, depending on the weight and battery charge.

Other great features are the front LED headlights, rear lights and turn signals, dual mirrors, and a huge rear basket. Batteries and chargers are included

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us sales@mobilityrange.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
